Membership Terms & Condition:

• Membership is non-transferable

• Benefits do not roll over to the next month

• Minimum 3 month commitment

• Monthly payment to ensure you are an active member is an automatic payment via your credit card on the first day your membership begins.

• Spray tan artist may turn you away at your appointment if you have residual tan left on your skin.

• Not valid with any other offers. Membership benefits cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts unless specified.

• Your membership status must be active to redeem any membership services.

• We require 30 days written notice for any membership cancellations. Cancellations are effective 30 days after the date received and payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled. All remaining services booked while in the 30-day period will still be available for membership pricing. Cancelation without 30 days notice will result in all membership benefits and roll-overs automatically expiring.

• If cancelling, we cannot guarantee that our Membership will be available at this price OR that a membership space will be available for you again.

• In the event of a credit card decline, you have 15 days to replace payment.

• OrganicTan Lethbridge reserves the right to cancel membership rights at any time.

• Appointments booked are subject to our in-studio business hours and appointment availability, we recommend booking well in advance.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please contact us at 403-795-0829. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We require 24-hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). If 24-hours notice is not given you will lose 1 membership benefit.

No Show Policy

If you no-show for your appointment, you will lose 1 membership benefit.
